The service
Podeli put connects private drivers and passengers. We do not provide transport, employ drivers, or handle payments between users. Rides are arranged directly between members.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and verify your email before publishing or booking. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or receive credible safety reports.
Trips and bookings
Drivers choose routes, prices (suggested contribution), and who to accept. Passengers request seats; a seat is confirmed only when the driver accepts. Cancel responsibly and communicate via in-app messaging when possible.
Safety and conduct
No harassment, fraud, spam, or illegal activity. Report concerns via the in-app report form. Moderators may remove trips or suspend users after review.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Users travel at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Podeli put is not liable for acts of users or outcomes of shared rides.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice means acceptance. Material changes will be posted on podeliput.rs.
